Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Delays do occur when Bella Suavey is experiencing a high volume of orders.

Shipping rate will be calculated at time of checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bellasuavey@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. 

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $15. We charge $5 for local delivery within a 10 mile radius. For local delivery within 11 -20 miles we charge $10. 

Deliveries are made from 2pm - 6pm on Monday - Friday(excluding holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday. Orders will be ready for delivery within 2-3 days.

Contact Bella Suavey for same day delivery for an additional fee

On delivery day someone over the age of 21 needs to be available for items that have an age requirement to purchase.
